Your Wedding & Event Planning Agent

Wedding planner fees can often be expensive and out of reach of many peoples budget. But our 'Planning Agent' service allows anyone to take advantage of our professional services by giving you full control over how much you spend.




How Does It  Work?

Start with our 'Coffee & Advice' service. This will allow you to meet your planner in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We'll explain our services in full and answer any questions you may have regarding your planning so far.

After your initial 'Coffee & Advice' meeting you can choose to continue or stop your planning process. It's that simple!

Should you wish to continue we will ask for your planning deposit, based on your chosen budget allocation.

(This is calculated with you at the initial meetingand based on a £40 hourly rate )

Your chosen budget is then broken down into an hourly planning schedule. Giving you a clear understanding of how much professional planning time you have.

It is then your choice when and how you use those hours. Keeping you in control at all times.

Guest Experience Design

The Complete Package...


Looking for someone to bring your day together and guarantee a perfect Guest Experience?  Then our package is perfect for you.

All areas of your day will be finalised with the care and professionalism that they deserve.


You have your ideas but need support throughout the planning and design process.  With our Guest Experience Design service we combine our years of industry knowledge and present a very unique package.


With our expert knowledge in all areas of planning we are able to stay one step ahead of your guests.  Making sure that they have a faultless experience.



How Does It  Work?

Sourcing of venue and required suppliers. We will liaise with all suppliers throughout the planning process to confirm all details and booking information

Management of wedding budget

Create a detailed timeline and floor plan.

Site visit to confirm planning, running of your day and carry-out our Walk Through service

Sourcing of presents for the wedding party (if required)

Arrange guest accommodation and travel (if required)

Wedding & Event Design service

Email and telephone support to the wedding party (includes provision of security code/password. This code/password must be provided in-order to discuss wedding plans with all parties)

On-Day Coordinator service (see below)

On-Day Coordinator

You've finalised with your suppliers and your design ideas are done. All you need is a professional service to take control of you're wedding day, allowing you to relax and enjoy the happiest day of your lives. Kristopher-Paul have years of Wedding experience, providing us with plenty of industry knowledge and the ability to take control of all situations.



How Does It  Work?

We will meet with you 4 weeks before your wedding to discuss full details

Liaise with all suppliers prior to the wedding day to confirm all details and booking information

Create a detailed timeline and floor plan (if required)

Address any overlooked details (such as forgetting to assign a 'master of ceremonies')

Assistance in sourcing props and equipment

Site visit to confirm planning, running of your day and carry-out a Walk Through service

Experienced Wedding coordinator on-site, on your wedding day for up to 10 hours

Centrepiece & Place Setting Design

Whether you're hosting a intimate dinner party or your perfect wedding breakfast we can design and create all of your centrepiece and place setting designs.


How Does It  Work?

No obligation meeting to discuss your ideas and event. You'll also have the opportunity to choose from a range of tableware to give your table settings that extra 'wow' factor

We will create display ideas and present final designs ahead of your wedding or event

We will arrive at your venue to lay your tables and display your centrepieces

Full clear down and removal of all tableware

Coffee & Advice Service

You may have just got engaged and not sure where to start or finalising all of your plans. Whichever it is our 'Coffee & Advice' service provides you with one-to-one professional advice and guidance.



How Does It  Work?

We will meet with you in the Bury St Edmunds area for a 2 hour informal meeting

Discuss and answer any questions you may have

Provide professional advice and guidance on any areas of your planning
